ElevateVia is a verification and information service. We check what companies tell us against independent sources and show how much of it stands up. We are a neutral venue: founders publish, investors browse, and the two talk directly.
We are not an investment adviser, broker, dealer, or arranger, and we are not regulated as one in any jurisdiction. We do not give investment advice, do not recommend, rank or match, and do not vouch for any company or investor. The Confidence Score measures how much information has been independently verified and how consistent it is across sources — it is not a credit rating, not a quality rating, and not an opinion on whether you should put money into anything. Every investment decision is yours alone.
Membership fees are the only money that moves through this platform. Investment capital never does. Funds in a round go directly between the investor's and the company's own bank accounts, under the applicable cross-border rules. We do not hold, escrow, transmit or take any share of it, and we charge no commission or success fee on a completed round.
Membership costs $25 / year and renews automatically each year until cancelled. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You can cancel at any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
You are responsible for what you upload and for its accuracy. You keep ownership of it. You grant us permission to process it for the purpose of producing your Confidence Score and showing it to people you choose to share it with. Deliberately misleading material is grounds for removal.
Documents marked confidential are released to a counterparty only after both sides have signed an NDA through the platform. An NDA signed here is an agreement between you and that counterparty; we are not a party to it.
Handled as described in our privacy notice. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; certain records — signed NDAs, completed legal matters and the audit trail — are retained with your personal details removed, because they belong to the other party as much as to you.
You can cancel or delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that abuses the platform, misrepresents itself, or puts other members at risk.
The platform is provided as-is. Verification reduces uncertainty; it does not eliminate it, and a high Confidence Score is not a promise that a company will succeed or that information is true. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the membership fees you have paid in the preceding twelve months.
