What ElevateVia does for you

Three services, and they are the three the platform actually runs. Anything switched off is left off this page rather than listed as "coming soon".

Verification & the Confidence Score

You upload your incorporation records, financials, cap table and contracts. We read them, check them against each other and against public registry records, and produce a Confidence Score that says how much of your stated information is actually backed by evidence.

  • Every point traces to a source file, never to a form field.
  • Figures that disagree across your own documents lower the score.
  • A thin file scores as unverified, not as a mark against you.
  • The score measures evidence. It is not a rating of the business.

Thesis-driven discovery

Investors write a thesis — sectors, stages, ticket range, geography. Founders publish what they are raising. Discovery shows each side who fits the criteria the other has stated, with filters and sorting you control.

  • Matching is on stated criteria, across markets.
  • Either side can reach out; the other has to accept.
  • No member is ranked above another, and nothing is put forward as a better prospect — ElevateVia introduces, it does not advise.

Private data rooms

When both sides accept, a private room opens with a due-diligence checklist, a message thread and your documents. Files are encrypted at rest and stay sealed until the mutual NDA is signed by both parties.

  • Neither side can download the other's files before both have signed.
  • The platform enforces that; it is not a matter of good faith.
  • Everything shared stays inside the room.
